Our launch party for Peter Jay Shippy's book How To Build the Ghost in Your Attic was a great success, with standing room only and a wonderful reading by Peter. Thanks to Grub Street for hosting and to everyone who helped or attended! Look for photos coming soon on our blog.

Publications

In March 2008, we will be publishing A Peculiar Feeling of Restlessness: 4 Chapbooks of Short Short Fiction by 4 Women. This collection features the work of Amy Clark, Elizabeth Ellen, Kathy Fish, and Claudia Smith, and includes an introduction by Pia Z. Ehrhardt.

Congratulations to Geoffrey Forsyth for winning the 2nd annual Rose Metal Press Short Short Chapbook Contest, judged this year by Robert Shapard. Forsyth’s chapbook In the Land of the Free will be published in Summer 2008.

And look for Tinderbox Lawn, a collection of prose poems by Carol Guess, publishing in Fall 2008.
